Aniza has more than 22 years’ experience performing commercial and financial advisory services for blue chip clients on infrastructure projects. Aniza has an excellent track record advising BoDs who are assessing and procuring large-scale projects as Public-Private Partnerships.
Her area of specialization is mostly in feasibility studies, financial projections, financial modeling, procurement strategy and management, financial structuring, raising debt and equity, contract structuring, and negotiation support through financial closure. She has experience in the transportation, social infrastructure, water, waste management, energy, healthcare, and urban services industries.
Aniza has extensive experience in transportation projects in the MENA region., having advised public agencies and institutional foundations among others. She also has a broad international experience having assisted leading private developers in the procurement and execution of diverse infrastructure projects in Latin America, Europe and Asia in different industries.
