IPFA advised on the all-share acquisition of Marine Current Turbines (MCT) by Atlantis Resources, which brought together two leading tidal technologies with MCT's seabed rights, projects, staff and intellectual property. MCT received 9.99% of Atlantis's enlarged share capital as sole consideration.
