Noor Ouarzazate solar complex, Morocco

IPFA provided model audit services, including a full tax and accounting review, and advised the lenders EIB, KfW and AfDB on an approximately EUR 1.7bn direct loan facility for the 500 MW programme developed by MASEN. The second phase combines a 200 MW parabolic-trough plant and a 100 MW solar tower, with the World Bank and its Clean Technology Fund also contributing.
